How far in advance do I need to book?
Our 2025, 2026 and 2027 calendars are open, so as soon as you have your wedding date + venue confirmed, we're ready to chat. If your wedding is within this calendar year, we'll dive right in. If it's further out, we'll hold your date in our calendar but dive into the design the same year as your wedding.

Is there a minimum budget or spend?
We don’t have a minimum spend for wedding flowers but most of our clients spend $2,000-$5,000 including personals, ceremony flowers, reception flowers and candle rentals. We love to work with couples with all budgets - big or small!

How does this whole wedding inquiry process work?
Once you submit an inquiry, I’ll confirm our team’s availability for your specific wedding date. If we're available, you'll also receive estimated pricing, design notes and other helpful information in that email. If we feel like a great fit for your day, we'll book a wedding consultation call to dive into your wedding flowers.
After the call, you'll receive a custom wedding flower package with pricing. If all feels like a perfect fit, a signed contract and a 50% deposit officially books you in!

What factors influence the cost of wedding flowers?
The biggest factor when it comes to your wedding flowers is the number of items on your wish list. Two factors are usually the size of your wedding party and the number of reception tables.

Do I need a theme/colour palette before inquirying?
Not at all! My suggestion is that you have a few photos that you currently love (from Pinterest or Instagram) to help get the conversation started but a full plan and vision is not needed.
You do not need to have thought through every detail or know the names of all the flowers. This isn't our first wedding (we flowered for 40 in 2024 alone) and grow most of the flowers too, so I got you!

How do I make sure my flowers stay fresh?
Most of the time, your flowers will be in water, so leaving them in a cool, dark place is perfect. If you're DIY-ing or picking up your flowers, we'll send you home with care instructions. If we're delivering and/or setting up, you don't need to worry about a thing!
